Clarios Handbook

Welcome! This handbook shows you, step by step, how to use Clarios in plain language, with no technical background needed. Clarios shows you how secure your Microsoft 365 environment is: your devices, your people’s sign-ins, a security check, and protection for your email.

This handbook is for customers and for IT service providers (MSPs). Pages that apply only to a specific role are marked.

🌐 Languages: This guide is available in English and Deutsch. The app itself is in English, so the buttons are the same in both versions.

Planned (not yet available)

A few capabilities are planned but not yet included. They’re marked 🚧 Planned in the text:

  • Automatic billing / subscriptions. Today, areas are switched on by hand (see Manage areas).
  • Inviting colleagues directly into Clarios. Today, only inviting IT service providers is available.
  • Switching into a customer (MSP). This is controlled by a switch; see My customers.
